Body Butter is a delicate product and can melt in the heat. Please keep butter in a room temperature environment, however if your butter products melt during shipment or any other reasons, please refrigerate for 20 minutes and the product will restore to a solid consistency. Melting does not affect the quality of the product.

I don’t unusually do reviews but I will say your product is lovely, just that the color is not consistent and I noticed it’s difficult to rub on your body unlike before. Kindly look into what might have been added. Asides that I will give it 5 stars

Hello thanks very much for addressing this. About the color change it's because we used 2 types of Shea butter the white one or ivory and the yellow Shea butter so the color depends on the Shea butter we use. About the smoothness of the product we try not to make it too smooth during summer due to the extreme heat but we are working on that to make everyone happy no matter the season. Thanks for your loyalty you are with us since day one thanks so much.

Cream with little hard particles

I had 2 bottles where the cream was not totally smooth. There were particles that resemble size of pebbles and had to be picked out. First time having this issue and I have had multiple prior orders. I tried emailing to share this with company but did not get a response

Awesome product 10/10

I have been using this on my almost 2 year old daughter since she was a newborn. My MIL found it on amazon and we have it a try. Ig cured her infant eczema and has kept her skin smooth and soft. I even use it on myself as well.
